Episode 105 – A Tribute To Kobe Bryant (and recognition of the other Deceased)

We will never see Sunday, January 26, 2020 the same.

A day set aside for the NFL Pro Bowl and other sporting events, including basketball, golf, and tennis all took a back seat (rightfully so) to the tragic news of the crash and death of a cultural icon, Kobe Bryant. Unfortunately, eight other individuals also perished in the crash.

The 9 Victims were:

Kobe Bean Bryant(41)

his daughter Gianna Bryant (13)

baseball coach John Altobelli (56

his wife, Keri Altobelli (46)

their basketball-playing daughterAlyssa Altobelli (13)

mother and daughter Sarah Chester (45)

and Payton Chester (13);

Mamba Academy basketball coach Christina Mauser (38)

and pilot Ara Zobayan (50)

This episode is a simple, unscripted tribute to all of these individuals, with emphasis to Kobe Bryant. A man that many of us felt like we grew up with. Not just watching him play basketball, but evolving in our own lives as well. Listen to the episode to hear what we should be thinking about and how we could be responding.
